What Information does WIN Intergenerational Network gather

 Certain information such as (but not limited to) your name, your organization’s address, contact numbers, email address, and other information relating to clients may be collected by WIN for various purposes.  For example, in our intake process, we take detailed notes on various aspects of your organization that may include sensitive information.

The choice of how much information is provided is always in your control, however, certain information may be necessary to provide you with the best possible service and solutions.

We will not sell, trade or distribute the names, email addresses, or contact information of our subscribers and clients unless required by law.

We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting.

What We May Do With The Information We Collect

WIN Intergenerational Network uses the personal information collected for the following purposes:

  1. Internal record keeping (we have Google Drive and One Drive folders for each client where we store all notes, documents, contracts and deliverables)
  2. Improvement of quality and type of products and services
  3. Promotional communication
  4. Improvement and customization of our website and social media.

You can decline to submit personal information at any point, however, our contracts state that we do require certain background information and sensitive information to provide you with quality services.

When you sign up for a particular program and/or service that requires registration (for example a membership portal or webinars and/or the pen pal or GrandPals), we ask you to provide personal information. This information will not be used in a manner different from the purpose for which it was collected. WIN Intergenerational Network will obtain your consent should the information be required for a different purpose.
